GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
For countries outside Spain, the following sales conditions apply:
WildGiraffes.com (hereinafter “the website”) limited company, with registered office at Cañada de Vicalvaro 30, 28052 Madrid, Spain, registered in the Commercial Register ……. VAT number ESB16419632. These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed through the website. These conditions are subject to modifications and updates, so the conditions applicable to product orders by customers are those in force on the date of the order on the website.
I. THE CUSTOMER
To become a Customer of the Website you must be a consumer, of legal age and full legal capacity or be authorized by your parents to place orders on the Website. The personal information you provide to Wild Giraffes when opening your customer account or on any order you place must be complete, accurate and up to date. Wild Giraffes Ltd will not be responsible for undelivered products if the information is incorrect. Wild Giraffes Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer’s IP address is in a different country to the billing and/or delivery address.
II. THE PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website. Wild Giraffes Ltd makes every effort to accurately present and describe the products in order to inform the Customer in the best possible way. However, it is possible that the website may contain minor errors, which you acknowledge and accept. In the event that the delivered product does not conform to its description on the website, Wild Giraffes Ltd undertakes to remedy such non-compliance by either exchanging or refunding (in whole or in part) the invoiced product.
III. PRODUCT ORDERS
The acceptance of orders placed on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure established by Wild Giraffes Ltd. This is presented in the form of a series of successive screen pages indicating the steps the customer must follow to validate his order. He will have the possibility, before the final validation of his order, to verify the details of the order and the total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it and expressing his acceptance. Any confirmed order is considered a contract of sale and an acceptance of all present stipulations. Wild Giraffes ltd has the right to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, as well as any order that does not comply with these general conditions of sale. In such cases, Wild Giraffes ltd will inform the customer by email. Unless the customer contacts us to correct the error or breach of these general conditions of sale, we reserve the right not to process the order.
Once you have validated your order, Wild Giraffes ltd will promptly confirm receipt by sending an email to the email address you have provided. To this effect, you formally accept the use of email by Wild Giraffes ltd to confirm the content of your order. This confirmation email will include all the information you have provided, as well as the price and payment terms accepted, with an indication, where appropriate, of any possible difficulties or reservations regarding the order. For each product, you will also receive, at the time of delivery, a written confirmation of the price paid and any applicable shipping costs.
IV. PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
A. CHOICE OF PRICE
The prices shown on the Website are in local currency, excluding shipping costs. The total price of the order (shipping costs included) is mentioned in the Shopping Bag. Wild Giraffes ltd reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices invoiced to customers are those applicable on the date of the order, subject to stock.
IMPORTANT:
Prices include all taxes and duties (except those applied for internal customs duties, always at the customer’s expense) For all orders shipped within the European Union, there are no duties, except for those countries or areas with special agreements with the EU, such as the United Kingdom, in case import duties are applied, always at the customer’s expense at destination.
For all other countries, customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.
B. METHODS OF PAYMENT
To pay for your order, you can use one of the payment methods indicated in the payment process. For payments by credit card: the Customer has access to a dedicated space made available by our bank, which ensures the security and registration of the payment order. For this purpose, the Customer explicitly authorizes Wild Giraffes ltd to debit his account for the amount of the products ordered. The data recorded and saved by Wild Giraffes ltd act as proof of the order and of all transactions made. The data recorded by the payment system acts as proof of financial transactions.
For payment via Paypal, follow the online instructions. After the Paypal payment page, you will be redirected to Wild Giraffes ltd where you will need to click PROCEED TO PAYMENT to confirm the transaction. A complete order review page will appear confirming your order.
V. DELIVERY
Wild Giraffes ltd will deliver to the address you provide in your order, specifying that it must be your place of residence.
Our delivery times vary according to destination.
-For Europe, please allow 2 to 4 business days to receive your package, and internationally, 2 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
-For the United Kingdom, please allow 2 to 5 working days to receive your package.
-For the U.S., please allow 2 to 4 business days to receive your package.
To ensure that delivery times can be met, you should verify that you have provided complete and accurate delivery address information (such as, but not limited to, street number, building number, stairwell number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). Inaccurate information may result in longer delivery times or reshipments. The above delivery times are indicative of the average order processing and delivery time. Wild Giraffes ltd cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery due to external causes.
In case of damaged delivery (already opened, missing product…), the Customer must notify the transport service and Wild Giraffes ltd, by any means, of his refusal of the product within 5 days after delivery.
VI. RETURN
Wild Giraffes Ltd is committed to providing the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order, we undertake to offer a refund for the products in question under the following conditions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (i.e. companies). The products must still be in their original packaging and in their original condition (i.e. not worn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled). To request a return, please make your request here or via our email wearewildgiraffes@gmail.com. Returns will be at the customer’s expense.
Our customer service will provide you with all necessary instructions with the return address as well as a return authorization number to be indicated on the return package. In case of a return, it will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
For the return of underwear and swimwear, please ensure that they are unworn and returned in their original packaging. Items that belong to a multi-item order cannot be returned individually. If you wish to receive a refund for a Kit, you must return all products that were included in the Kit.
We respond to the possibility of adjusting our prices according to fashion trends, inventory and business operations.
In the event that damaged products are returned, Wild Giraffes will return them to the buyer, who must pay the shipping costs.
For returns with refund request: The buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item and the one-way shipping costs. However, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer residing within and outside the European Union.
VII. WARRANTIES
All orders are subject to the Customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of use, which are subject to Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the Spanish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve it.
In the event of a problem or complaint, the Customer may contact the Customer Service department to reach a mutual agreement.
VIII. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Wild Giraffes collects on the website personal data necessary to process orders. Such data may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in order fulfillment. Customers are informed that such personal data is also collected by agencies in charge of analyzing orders and fighting against credit card fraud. In accordance with the Spanish law on automated data processing, files and civil liberties, you have the right to access, modify, correct, oppose and delete personal data concerning you.

Our display advertising partner allows us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with wild giraffes.
